Namo Buddha Monastery Dhulikhel: NamoBuddha (1750m) is a sacred Buddhist pilgrimage site, which is at an altitude of 1750m. Hiking from Panauti to Namobuddha is full of ultimate adventure, relaxation, and refreshment within the short distance from the valley. It lies 38 km east from the cultural city of Kathmandu, which surpasses the historical route of Panauti. It’s a suitable hiking route for all age-group, who have wanted to discover the combination of nature, arts, monuments, religion and mountain ranges. Unmatta Bhairav Temple is a very sacred Hindu temple in Panauti; here many devotees worship for the sake of their and their family’s well being. The fabulous flair of river flow, natural suspensions, and hospitality of locals will touch every traveler’s heart.

Itinerary:
• Meet up at Kathmandu, drive towards Panauti (i.e., 1 Hour).
• From Panauti, the hiking kicks off towards Namobuddha.
• Along the route, you will discover traditional Panauti village, hike along the forest trails, sovereign cultivations, Newari town, hills, and mountain peaks (i.e., on clear weather).
• When you reach Namobuddha Monastery, you can view many Buddhist holy monuments, Tibetan influences, and ultimate snow-capped mountains.
• From Namobuddha drive back to Kathmandu.
• End of Panauti-Namobuddha Day Hike.
