What we collect

When you book a tour, create an account or send us a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, number of travellers, pickup location and anything you write in the notes. If you pay online, the payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your information to arrange and confirm your tour, contact you about it, send you your invoice and reminders, and answer your questions. We share only what's needed with the guide, driver or operator running your tour.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as the law requires for accounting, and we delete your account data whenever you ask us to.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account at any time from My account, or by writing to [email protected].
