Mountain Bike: Budhanilkantha and Shivapuri Trails

Budhanilkantha's great stone Vishnu, lying on a bed of serpents in a pool, is one of the most striking sights in Nepal, and it's where this ride begins. From there you'll head onto the dirt roads and forest trails along the edge of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, with prayer flags strung between the pines and views back over the valley.

Not sure how technical you'd like it? Don't worry: the route can be made shorter or more challenging on the day, depending on your group.
